About Me
I created Breathe with Bonnie to help women who are ready to reclaim their sense of self and break free from the cycle of self-criticism. I’ve walked this path myself—I know the toll of chasing an unattainable ideal, endlessly trying unrealistic diets and exercise routines in a quest for perfection. At one point, I was so close to my "goal," yet I felt anything but free.  I was starving, obsessed, and convinced I needed to lose just 10 more pounds to finally feel worthy and happy.

That relentless pursuit left me exhausted and empty, teaching me a hard truth: true fulfillment doesn’t come from external changes. It requires addressing the deeper emotional roots of our struggles. Through my own journey, I discovered that self-love isn’t about punishing our bodies—it's an inside job. By exploring somatic breathwork, yoga nidra, and tarot for present-moment insights, I learned to tune into my body’s wisdom and cultivate a compassionate relationship with myself.

Here, we focus on reconnecting you to your inner guidance and helping you listen to the profound messages your body is always sharing.
