Yoga Nidra Meditation


Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation designed for deep relaxation and introspection. It can be referred to as 
Yogic sleep.  It's a space that we enter right before we fall asleep (when we are neither awake, nor 
asleep). When we are in this threshold, we can experience creativity, rest, healing and 
transformation. Being in Yoga Nidra is calming to the central nervous system which 
gives your body the opportunity to rest, digest and heal.  

All you need to do is lie down (or sit comfortably), listen and be guided, 
or simply be without any expectations at all.

  • You will be guided in a mini meditation to allow you to tap into your heart and discover your heart's truest desire. 
  • Based on what you discover, I will help you create an intention/affirmation that you can use to focus on going forward.
  • We will discuss action steps you can take to follow the path of your new intention and ways you can incorporate regular relaxation/meditation self-care routines.
  • You will have a card reading session to show where your energy is in the present moment to bring clarity to your intention and/or present situation.

Group Packages - Discover Your Heart's Desire & 
Yoga Nidra Meditation Experience 


  • I will guide your group in a mini meditation to allow you to tap into your heart and discover your heart's truest desire . 
  • Based on what you discover, you will create an intention/affirmation that you can use to focus on going forward.
  • I will lead the group in a journaling exercise to identify limiting beliefs and action steps that you can take going forward towards your intention.
  • We will discuss ways you can incorporate regular relaxation/meditation self-care routines 
  • I will guide you through a Yoga Nidra Meditation where you will have an opportunity to experience deep rest and relaxation in a held space.
