About Me
Hi, I’m Bonnie Koenig, founder of Breathe with Bonnie. I know what it’s like to live under constant self-pressure—trying to do everything “right,” keep everyone happy, and still feel like it’s not enough. The practices I share with my clients are the same ones that helped me soften that pressure in my own life—and I still use them every day.

If you’re reading this, something here probably resonates—because you’re looking for a different way, one that doesn’t require more willpower or more fixing. My work is compassion-based and nervous-system-led, built around small, repeatable practices that fit into real life. 

I blend guided rest (including Yoga Nidra), gentle somatic breathwork, and reflective intuitive card readings for insight and clarity—so life can feel lighter, more joyful, and easier.
