About Me
I created Breathe with Bonnie for the woman who wants to live now… but keeps waiting until she feels more confident, more healed, more “ready.”

I know that pattern all too well. For years I thought I needed to fix myself before I could be fully seen.
Here’s what I know now: hiding isn’t the problem—hiding is the strategy.

It’s what we do when a part of us doesn’t feel safe yet.

So this is what we do here: we stop fighting ourselves. We practice compassion. And we use tools that create real shifts—because you’re not broken. You’re ready for a different way.
