Hi, I’m Bonnie Koenig, founder of Breathe with Bonnie. I know what it’s like to live under constant self-pressure—trying to do everything “right,” keep everyone happy, and still feel like it’s not enough. The practices I share with my clients are the same ones that helped me soften that pressure in my own life—and I still use them every day.
