HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION
• Please arrive with an intention—something you’d like to explore, release, or receive.• Breathwork is most comfortable on an empty stomach. Try to limit water at least one hour before and avoid heavy meals two hours before.
• Wear clothing that allows you to fully relax.
• Have a journal nearby in case you'd like to capture any insights and/or a-ha moments after the session.
At the start of our time together, we’ll talk about your intention and explore the breath pattern that feels most aligned for you. My approach is collaborative—I trust the pace, intensity, and rhythm your body chooses. We’ll close with time to ground and integrate whatever came up.
Creating Your Space
Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down and feel fully supported. Please have blankets, and pillows nearby to help you stay warm and relaxed. An eye pillow or eye mask is also really helpful if you have one. If you’d like, you can also bring in optional items like crystals or essential oils, etc. (anything that makes you feel grounded and is nurturing to you).
Please avoid lighting candles, incense, or anything that burns. Even small amounts of smoke can impact your breath and overall experience.
You’ll also need to position your phone or computer so I can see your full body during the breath session.
*You must be at least 18 years of age in order to book a breathwork session.
