HOW EACH WEEKLY SESSION FLOWS
YOUR 90 MINUTES

Arrive + settle (we get you out of your head and into your body)
Theme of the week (each week we focus on one energy centre in the body and how it shows up in our daily lives)
Guided rest + meditative breathwork journey (35–45 minutes, gentle, lying down, always at your pace)
Integration + reflection

BETWEEN SESSIONS: When you join, you’ll receive immediate access to two Energy Centre Awareness meditations so you can begin right away. Throughout the series, you’ll also receive PDFs to help you reflect, integrate, and stay connected to the weekly theme.

You don’t need meditation or breathwork experience. You can’t do it wrong. Sharing is optional.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE WITH BREATHWORK OR MEDITATION?
No. Everything is guided and beginner-friendly.

IS YOUR BREATHWORK INTENSE?
My breathwork is meditative and gentle. You can lie down comfortably, and everything I guide you through is invitational. You can breathe at a pace that feels good in your body or simply rest and be guided.

WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?
You’ll have access to replays for 90 days after the program ends.

WHAT IF MY MIND IS BUSY?  I HAVE A HARD TIME MEDITATING. ​🤔
Bring your busy mind.  You get to show up exactly as you are.  This is a practice to experience inner peace and create spaciousness around your thoughts.  It's not about emptying the mind, it's about you getting to decide what to focus on.  If your mind wanders that's perfectly ok.  With time, you'll be able to be more and more aware.  There is no right or wrong experience.
