online yoga nidra classes
a 4 week series for guided rest

You finally sit down at the end of the day.

Maybe the house is quieter.
Maybe no one needs anything from you for the first time in hours.

And instead of resting, your mind starts running.
Replaying conversations.
Thinking about tomorrow.
Wondering what you forgot to do.

And then there’s that moment from earlier.
You snapped at your kid when they asked where their hoodie was, and now you feel guilty because it wasn’t really about the hoodie.

Your body is tired.
But your mind is still working overtime.

That’s why this practice exists.

Yoga Nidra gives you a guided way to rest, without needing to figure out how to relax on your own.

YOGA NIDRA
WHAT THIS IS
(60 Minutes Live on Zoom)

This is a weekly guided Yoga Nidra meditation practice you do lying down.

You don’t have to clear your mind.
You don’t have to do it “right.”
You don’t have to figure anything out.

You simply show up, get comfortable, and let yourself be guided into a state your body doesn’t always access on its own.

If your mind is running a marathon and your body is tired… you’re in the right place.

ARE YOU ready to rest on purpose?

If you've been waiting until life gets calmer to rest....this is your invitation to rest now.

THIS IS NOT A CLASS
WHERE YOU TRY HARDER

This is an hour where you stop pushing.
No forcing. No striving. No “am I doing this right?”
This is your sacred pause—the place you come to receive, not achieve.

You give so much. This is your time to be held.

WHO THIS IS FOR
COME IF...
your mind doesn’t switch off easily at night (or ever)
you feel snappy with family members or co-workers
you feel like you’re always “on”
you replay things long after it's done
you want to rest but don’t know how
you call scrolling “relaxing,” but somehow you feel even more tired afterward
you’re tired of trying to figure it out on your own

You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need yoga experience.
You just need to give yourself permission to rest and be guided.

REMEMBER THIS:

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start.

You don’t need to wait until you’re completely overwhelmed.

You just need a space where you don’t have to hold everything for a little while.

If that’s what you’re needing right now, I'd love to see you there.

What people are saying about Bonnie...
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS....
DO I NEED YOGA EXPERIENCE?
No, not at all.  Even though it's called Yoga Nidra, it is a meditative practice where you lie down, (or sit comfortably) and are guided the entire time.  There is nothing else to do except rest.
WHAT IF MY MIND IS BUSY?  I HAVE A HARD TIME MEDITATING. 🤔
Bring your busy mind.  You get to show up exactly as you are.  This is a practice to experience inner peace and create spaciousness around your thoughts.  It's not about emptying the mind, it's about you getting to decide what to focus on.  If your mind wanders that's perfectly ok.  With time, you'll be able to become more and more aware.  There is no right or wrong experience.
WHAT IF I FALL ASLEEP? 😴
That's ok too!  Your nervous system and subconscious mind will still benefit.  If you fall asleep, that means you're really tired, and even more reason this practice will benefit you.
WHAT TIME OF DAY IS BEST TO PRACTICE?
Whenever you can fit it in is the best time of day.  Many people practice on their lunch hour as it is a perfect opportunity for a mid day reset.  Some prefer to practice in the morning, or before going to sleep.  If you're not able to make it to class live, you will receive a link to the replay that will be available for the week.
