Yoga Nidra is guided rest that feels like pressing “refresh” on your whole system. This in not another self-improvement project. Just a quiet place to exhale and come back to yourself.
If your mind is running a marathon and your body is tired… you’re in the right place.
ARE YOU ready to rest on purpose?
If you've been waiting until life gets calmer to rest....this is your invitation to rest now.
WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?
OFTEN CALLED
"YOGIC SLEEP"
....but think of it more like: “a nap for your nervous system, with someone gently guiding you there.”
You’ll lie down (or sit), get cozy, and I’ll guide you through a practice that helps your body soften its grip on stress.
Many people leave feeling:
calmer and clearer
more grounded in their body
deeply relaxed and restored
Some weeks it feels like melting. Some weeks it feels like floating. Some weeks it feels like a deep exhale you didn’t know you were holding. Some weeks you drift in and out—also perfect.

THIS IS NOT A CLASS
WHERE YOU TRY HARDER
This is an hour where you stop pushing.
No forcing. No striving. No “am I doing this right?” This is your sacred pause—the place you come to receive, not achieve.
I guide Yoga Nidra as a compassionate practice for people who are exhausted from doing everything “right” and still feeling like it’s not enough. My work is gentle, nourishing, and deeply reflective. You won’t be asked to fix yourself here. You’ll be invited to rest and come exactly as you are.
Yoga Nidra changed my life over 10 years ago, and it’s why I trust this work so deeply. Each class you’ll work with a simple intention (sankalpa)—a seed you plant while the mind is quiet and the body can fully soften. You’ll be guided through a body scan, breath awareness, and a restorative inner journey. Then we’ll close by reconnecting with your intention so you can begin to live it more easily.
This is rest with a ripple effect: what you practice here shows up out there. Simple. Surprisingly powerful.

WHO THIS IS FOR
COME IF YOU'RE...
tired of running on self-criticism and pressure
holding a lot (mentally, emotionally, physically)
craving rest that actually lands in your body
someone who “can’t meditate” because your mind won’t be quiet for one second
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need yoga experience. You just need to give yourself permission to rest and be guided.
"I haven't relaxed that deeply in over a year - thank you Bonnie!"
"I’ve been on a healing journey for a very long time. But once I began practicing Yoga Nidra with Bonnie, my healing accelerated in a way I didn’t think was possible!"
"My sessions with Bonnie brought me clarity and healing in the most unexpected ways. Bonnie's gentle presence and compassionate guidance made the experience safe, and her presence created space for me to feel deeper levels of healing from old, outdated conditioning. Working with Bonnie has been truly transformative for me!"
"I was so deeply relaxed I could have fallen asleep. I don't generally feel this comfortable and safe with practitioners, but Bonnie is so warm, kind, intuitive, and non-judgmental, it's easy to feel stress just melting away and relaxation setting in."
"Bonnie's facilitation style is authentic and warm. I am impressed and surprised, frankly, at how powerful the exercise was because it was so simple. To me, this is a testament to Bonnie's competence and skill, and to her ability to connect deeply with another in a way that feels safe and comfortable."
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS....
DO I NEED YOGA EXPERIENCE?
No, not at all. Even though it's called Yoga Nidra, it is a meditative practice where you lie down, (or sit comfortably) and are guided the entire time. There is nothing else to do except rest.
WHAT IF MY MIND IS BUSY? I HAVE A HARD TIME MEDITATING. 🤔
Bring your busy mind. You get to show up exactly as you are. This is a practice to experience inner peace and create spaciousness around your thoughts. It's not about emptying the mind, it's about you getting to decide what to focus on. If your mind wanders that's perfectly ok. With time, you'll be able to be more and more aware. There is no right or wrong experience.
WHAT IF I FALL ASLEEP? 😴
That's ok too! Your nervous system and subconscious mind will still benefit. If you fall asleep, that means you're really tired, and even more reason this practice will benefit you. 20 minutes of yoga nidra, can be equivalent to 2-3 hours of sleep.
WHAT TIME OF DAY IS BEST TO PRACTICE?
Whenever you can fit it in is the best time of day. Many people practice on their lunch hour as it is a perfect opportunity for a mid day reset. Some prefer to practice in the morning, or before going to sleep. If you're not able to make it to class live, you will receive a link to the replay that will be available for 72 hours.
