In our weekly breathwork sessions, I’ll guide you through gentle somatic breathwork that quiets the mental noise and creates room for awareness. From that place, you can notice what you’ve been holding—emotions, old stories, protective patterns—and allow the breath to shift what’s ready to move.

Between sessions, your yoga nidra meditation audios help you return to your intention so you can practice and embody how you want to feel and live now.
