Each session is guided by your intention and what feels most supportive that day, but here’s the general flow:
1. CONVERSATION + INTENTION
We begin by talking about what’s been going on and what you most need support with. Together, we clarify an intention for the session. This may be something you want to step into, release, understand more clearly, or move through with more ease.
2. TAROT FOR CLARITY IF DESIRED
If tarot feels supportive to you, we may pull cards to help illuminate the pattern and bring language to what’s happening. If tarot is not your thing, that’s completely okay. The session can be just as powerful without it.
3. GENTLE BREATHWORK AND/OR MEDITATION
From there, I guide you through a gentle, invitational practice to help soften resistance, support your intention, and work with what is happening in the body. This is not intense or performative breathwork. You will never be asked to breathe in a way that doesn’t feel comfortable.
4. INTEGRATION
At the end, we take time to reflect on the experience, notice what feels clearer, and talk about what comes next. You’ll also receive a Yoga Nidra meditation audio to download and keep so you can continue supporting yourself after the session.
