WHAT THIS IS
SESSION OVERVIEW

The Compassion + Clarity Sessionis a private 90-minute experience that blends conversation, intention setting, tarot for insight if desired, and a guided practice using gentle breathwork and/or meditation.

Together, we bring awareness to the pattern, pressure, or emotional weight you’ve been carrying, not to judge it or fix it, but to meet it with compassion and create space for something to shift.

This is not just insight. This is a chance to work with what’s here in real time.
WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
THIS IS NOT JUST A TAROT READING OR A STANDALONE BREATHWORK SESSION

This session is my own signature blend of insight and embodied support.

Tarot can be part of the session as a tool for clarity, helping bring language to what’s asking for attention and what may be ready to shift.

From there, we move into gentle breathwork and/or meditation so you can work with that insight in real time, soften resistance, and support a shift in the way you relate to yourself.

This is not just about understanding what’s going on. It’s about meeting it with compassion and awareness so something can begin to move.

This is not just insight. It’s a space to feel the shift, not just talk about it.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSION

Each session is guided by your intention and what feels most supportive that day, but here’s the general flow:

1. CONVERSATION + INTENTION
We begin by talking about what’s been going on and what you most need support with. Together, we clarify an intention for the session. This may be something you want to step into, release, understand more clearly, or move through with more ease.

2. TAROT FOR CLARITY IF DESIRED
If tarot feels supportive to you, we may pull cards to help illuminate the pattern and bring language to what’s happening. If tarot is not your thing, that’s completely okay. The session can be just as powerful without it.

3. GENTLE BREATHWORK AND/OR MEDITATION
From there, I guide you through a gentle, invitational practice to help soften resistance, support your intention, and work with what is happening in the body. This is not intense or performative breathwork. You will never be asked to breathe in a way that doesn’t feel comfortable.

4. INTEGRATION
At the end, we take time to reflect on the experience, notice what feels clearer, and talk about what comes next. You’ll also receive a Yoga Nidra meditation audio to download and keep so you can continue supporting yourself after the session.

EVERY SESSION IS DIFFERENT, BUT PEOPLE OFTEN LEAVE WITH:

GENTLE REASSURANCE

I'VE NEVER DONE BREATHWORK BEFORE:
That’s completely okay. My approach is gentle, guided, and invitational. You do not need any prior experience.

I'M NOT GOOD AT MEDITATION:
Also okay. Meditation is a practice that builds over time. Maybe you're completely exhausted and we can begin with nervous system support to make it feel more accessible.

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WANT?
You do not need to arrive with a perfect question or polished intention. Part of my role is helping you uncover what’s really asking for attention.

DO YOU HAVE TO USE TAROT?
No. Tarot is available as a tool for insight, but it is always optional.
