If you’ve been craving self-care in community with other like-minded people, then my four week gentle yoga and guided meditation series may be what you’re looking for!

Wednesdays from June 19th - July 10th

My home studio in Hockley Valley, ON (Adjala).

WHY SIGN UP?

In a world that encourages us to be constantly on the go, taking a moment for ourselves often feels like a luxury we can't afford. Yet, it's in these moments of stillness that we find our greatest strength. This series is more than just a class; it's an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner self. 

THIS SERIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Intention setting.
  • Breath-work (pranayama).
  • Gentle yoga postures.
  • Soothing self-message that will help your body feel nourished. 
  • Each class will end in a 20-minute guided yoga nidra meditation, a powerful practice that promotes rest, healing and relaxation.
And there is magic in being in community as sharing space amplifies our personal experiences and reminds us that we're not alone on our journeys.
