You numb out when it’s too much—scrolling, snacking, zoning out—then feel worse afterward. You avoid photos, visibility, or shopping because it stirs up self-criticism. You keep telling yourself, “When I feel better about myself, then I’ll live more.” This series is for you if you’re ready for a different way—one that doesn’t rely on pressure, punishment, or forcing confidence.
This is not a weight-loss program. It’s not about fixing your body or becoming “better” before you’re allowed to feel okay. This is about learning how to meet the part of you that attacks, panics, or wants to hide—and responding with compassion instead of letting it run your life. The goal is simple and real: You hide less—and live more.
What we’ll focus on over 6 weeks
Calm your nervous system so you can downshift and rest more peacefully
Meet the inner critic with compassion (without letting it steer your choices)
Work with the exact moment you want to numb out or disappear
Create heart-led intentions that don’t come from fear or self-judgment
Practice gentle “being seen” in real life—photos, visibility, shopping—at your own pace
Build a plan you can return to when old patterns show up again
This is practical, repeatable work. You don’t need to be “good at it.” You just need to be willing to practice.

What’s included
1) Weekly live 90-minute sessions (Thursdays 7:00–8:30 PM)
Each session includes: heart-led intention setting gentle, trauma-informed halo active breathwork (you choose your pace and depth) integration + reflection optional 2–3 minute tarot message for insight and clarity
2) Daily yoga nidra / meditation (10–20 minutes)
A short guided practice each week that matches the theme—so you’re supported between sessions.
3) Weekly journal prompts
Simple prompts to help you understand what’s really happening beneath the self-judgment—and meet it with compassion.
