My Session Offerings:
Package 1 - Discover Your Heart's Desire & Mini Card Reading Session - 1 Hour

  • I will guide you through a mini meditation to discover your heart's truest desire  
  • Based on what comes up, I will help you create an intention/affirmation that you will have as a point of focus going forward
  • We will discuss action steps you can take to follow the path of your new intention and ways you can incorporate regular relaxation/meditation self care routines
  • I will provide you with a mini card reading to show where your energy is in the present moment to bring clarity to your intention and/or present situation
  • I will provide you with journaling prompts and self discovery questions based on the card reading for you to take home

Package 2 - Discover Your Heart's Desire & Yoga Nidra Meditation Experience - 1 Hour

  • I will guide you through a mini meditation to discover your heart's truest desire  
  • Based on what comes up, I will help you create an intention/affirmation that you will have as a point of focus going forward
  • We will discuss action steps you can take to follow the path of your new intention and ways you can incorporate regular relaxation/meditation self care routines 
  • I will personally guide you through a Yoga Nidra Meditation where you will lie down fully supported by blankets, eye pillows and props and have an opportunity to experience deep rest and relaxation in a held space (if you prefer not to lie down, you can sit in a comfortable seated position)
NOTE:  Package 2 can also be scheduled as a longer group session!  PERFECT to share with your girlfriends for a morning, afternoon or evening event.
